A whole new SUP world awaits you full of fun, excitement, and opportunity whether you stand up, sit or kneel.
If you have water access, we can meet at your place or we can meet at a local fun zone (beach).
Either way we will connect to nature and play.
Short Story
I don’t remember ever learning how to swim, I’ve always swan. My family often referring to me as a “fish” never wanting to get out of the water. I would play in the water for hours, jumping off towers, cliffs and sliding down slides, swing out to the docks and back, I just swam & swam.
Where there is water, there is play (hmm…catch a theme here?) Learning to SUP and SUP Yoga was a natural progression for me and in true Mo fashion, I want to share that passion with others. Watching faces light up, smiles grow, connecting with nature and igniting your possibility fills my heart.
Nugget: We are never too old or too young to try something new. When we come from a place of wonder & curiosity, the possibilities are endless.
Psst…wanna know what the funniest part for me is? Playing! Getting wobbly and falling in the drink (lake). Note to self, falling is not mandatory yet encouraged. Once you get that first splash (starfish) out of the way, you create space for so much more…here’s to possibility.
Intro to SUP & SUP Yoga classes available. Privates, Semi-Privates, Groups, Special Events (birthday’s, friends weekend, bachelor/bachelorette parties, team building), we can tailor suit our time together. Rentals available upon request, additional cost.

Adapting SUP to YOU 
Community & Connection bringing the magic of SUP to you. Whether you stand up, sit or kneel, You too can experience the wonder of being on the water. If standing is not for you, we can adapt a board to kayak with a supported seat back and kayak blade. You can paddle your own board or we can be on the board together with me as your guide. Creating possibilities together.
Private Session –$80
- Private one-on-one

Semi-Private/Partner Session (2) – $120 ($60 per person)

Includes: iSUP, Paddle, Leash, Life Jacket, Anchor
MILEAGE: All offsite sessions greater than a 40km radius are charged an additional fee for mileage.
Bringing SUP & SUP/Yoga to you
Sessions can last 1 to 1.25 hours (60-75 minutes) in length and can be customized to your group. Family, friends, staff, co-workers, or special event – birthday, anniversary, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette, family reunions, she/he/them weekend, backyard/cottage/dock yoga, corporate…I bring SUP to you.
