WHAT IS BREATHWORK
Breathwork gives us permission to release emotions, relieve stress, resolve belief systems, process, and even heal emotional pain or trauma and reclaim your superpower. Each time is something new, it’s like peeling an onion, one layer at a time, one breath at a time. Different from the everyday breath, it’s an active circular breath where there is no pause; one breath leads to the other, known as Conscious Connected Breathing, bridging the gap between the conscious and subconscious. Promoting awareness, self-regulation, and connection.
“The breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness” Buddhist monk Thích Nhất Hạnh
