Short Story
I refer to myself as someone who gets stuck in comparison, self-doubt, and analysis paralysis, always wondering if I’m good enough. It’s in my breathwork sessions that I have tapped into past experiences, that shaped those thoughts and created those blocks. Little Moski is there, knocking down walls, pushing through barriers, coming out on the other side, bigger, brighter, and better.

Private Breathwork In Person or Online
Private Session – $130.00
A private session can last from 1 to 1.5 hours in length and can be custom to you. They are great if you are feeling a sense of uneasiness or anxiety about breathing in a group setting or if unsure about what Breathwork may stir up in a session. Private session can take place in your home, cottage, online or possibly a local studio space.

Semi-Private/Partner Session (2) – $175.00
This can be a partner session for those looking to connect deeper with each other. It can be with a person of your choice, family, friend or even co-worker, inviting the power of 2 where you share in the magical experience of breathing together, supporting one other as you move through layers one breathe at a time. Sessions can be customized to you and run 1.5 to 2 hours length, with some grounding work to start, followed by a 1-hour Breathwork session. Semi-Private/Partner sessions can take place in your home, cottage, online or possibly a local studio space.

MILEAGE: All offsite sessions greater than a 40km radius are charged an additional fee for mileage.

Well heck, that changed every session for me. Considering breathwork has the ability to access your subconscious mind, that place where all your memories and emotions are stored, often stuck, yep that place. When you step into that place you the possibility to quiet the ego is there, giving you permission to feel your feelings and emotions with grace. The more you release and let go, the more your body wants the same. The emotions it taps into are endless and at the same time wonderful. This release can show up as a few tears or a waterfall type cry.
